Bank Branch Office - Architectural Design

Ironstone Bank, Roseville, California

This Ironstone Bank branch office is located in front of the Summit at Douglas Ridge office complex above the busy Douglas corridor. Flanked by two fountains this building was designed as a destination branch with a distinctive architectural style that featured the materials and finish of the existing office complex. The exterior facade was constructed with an aluminum wall panel system, storefront and slate stone veneer. Passive energy strategies where incorporated into this buildings design including; a clearstory to naturally light the bank lobby and horizontal and vertical fin elements for solar control for the private offices.
