• Work with the firm's leadership to develop project plans, goals, hours, schedules, and fee projections.
  
• Provide responsive client service and communications.
  
• Oversee staff and consultant team assigned to projects: prepare and implement project plans, direct the process of work, review progress, coordinate work, and provide technical assistance.
  
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents including code research, 3-d modeling, drawings, and specifications.
  
• Review and evaluate documents for accuracy and coordination for consultants and project team members.
  
• Conduct quality assurance processes and implementation of recommendations.
  
• Process and coordinate permit applications/correction notices in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Conduct and manage bidding process on projects.
  
• Conduct construction phase and closeout services.
  
• Proficient with Revit application.
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. (Word and Excel)
  
• Proficient with Bluebeam application.
  
• Maintain good written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Effectively make independent judgments and decisions for projects and project teams.
  
• Lead project teams to successfully complete projects.
  
• Mentoring/coaching less experienced staff.
  
• Efficient time management skills.
  
• Collaborate with fellow team members, clients, and others.
  
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner.
  
• Effectively work with municipalities.
